  Anytime I am at a place in the middle of nowhere, I am very happy that someone has taken the initiative to build a facility to serve me. I am happy to pay higher prices to the people who brought the goodies, be it gas, food, drinks or snacks to the middle of nowhere and offers me the opportunity to be served. I am grateful to the people who work here and deliver the products as well.
  For me the Baker Travel Plaza is a nice gas station, A wonderful convenience store and a complete food court with so many choices. Sure I may have had better gourmet food in the big city, however the simple burger I got at the Fatburger counter was wonderful. To get a reasonably good burger with all the trimmings in Baker is very good by me. To get a full tank is very nice. To have a reasonably clean restroom is Fabulous. Thank you Baker Travel Plaza. A wonderful stop in the middle of the desert.
